At Perfect Pizza Flours we value your privacy. We therefore comply with the relevant laws and regulations on privacy, including the General Regulation data protection (“GDPR”).

This means we:

  • clearly state our purposes, before we process your personal data, through this privacy statement;
  • store as little personal data as possible and only the data that is necessary for our purposes;
  • request explicit permission for the processing of your personal data, if permission is required;
  • take necessary security measures to protect your personal data. We also impose these obligations on parties that process personal data for us;
  • respect your rights, such as the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data processed by us.

Your data is safe with us and we will always use this data properly. In this privacy notice we explain what we at Perfect Pizza Flours do with information that we learn about you when you use our services or when you use our application (app) PerfectPizzaFlours (“application”).

You can contact us through the settings page in the application (app). This can be done by phone, but also using the contact form or by e-mail. For contacting us, we use the following personal data:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Email address (optional)
  • Any data left in the message

When you contact us by email or using the contact form, we process this data on the basis of the execution of the agreement. We save this data up to one year after we have processed your contact request.


When you open the application for the first time you will be given the option to sign up for email updates about our application. You can also sign up for this newsletter through the website Through our newsletter we will keep you informed about the new feautures and updates in our application. Every e-mail has a unsubscribe link. For this purpose we process the following personal data:

  • E-mail address

We process this data based on your consent. When you unsubscribe from the updates, the unsubscription will be processed immediately.

Make a donation

If you are satisfied with our application and want to help develop it further, you can make a donation. We invest 100% of all donations in improving the app. We use the payment platform PayPal to collect donations. When processing your donation, we use the following personal data:

  • Name

Provision to other companies or institutions

We only share your personal data with third parties if this is permitted under current legislation. We may provide your personal data to third parties because:

  • we have engaged them to process certain data;
  • that is necessary to perform the agreement with you;
  • you give permission for this;
  • we have a legitimate interest in this;
  • we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police demand this if there is a suspicion of a crime).

Parties that process personal data on our behalf or on your behalf are, for example:

  • ICT service provider
  • Email service provider
  • Payment service provider (for receiving donations)
  • Parties that verify reviews

It is possible that we use parties located in a country outside the European Economic Area (‘EEA’) for our services. We only use such a party if one of the following situations applies:

  1. This recipient is located in a third country that the European Commission has indicated is a country that offers an adequate level of data protection (an adequacy decision).
  2. The recipient of the personal data provides appropriate safeguards (e.g. through EU standard contractual clauses).
  3. We have received your explicit permission for this.

Third Party Content

Within our application we use images from third parties. We embed these on our site or in our app. As a result, the device with which you use our application makes contact with the server of the party that places the image. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest.


Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is properly secured with us. We always keep our security up to date and we pay close attention to things that could go wrong.

In principle, we will comply with your request within one month. However, this period may be extended by a maximum of two months for reasons related to the
